Upon arrival, the initial step is securing the property.  This process may include boarding up windows, tarping the roof or draining pipes in the event there is no heat.The next step is to address your personal property.  We take great pride and care when it comes to removing and cleaning your personal items.  In most cases, personal property can be cleaned on site and restored to to the pre-loss condition.  In some instances, however, certain items such as upholstered furniture, drapes, etc. may need to be removed and treated off-site.
